[…] Der Gesundheitsdienst der Stadt Wien verwendet darin die W\u00f6rter \u201eFallzahlen\u201c,
\u201eTestergebnisse\u201c, \u201eFallgeschehen\u201c sowie \u201eAnzahl an Infektionen\u201c. Dieses
Durcheinanderwerfen der Begriffe wird einer wissenschaftlichen Beurteilung der
Seuchenlage nicht gerecht. F\u00fcr die WHO (WHO Information Notice for IVD Users
2020\/05, Nucleic acid testing (NAT) technologies that use polymerase chain reaction (PCR)
for detection of SARS-CoV-2, 20 January 2021) ausschlaggebend ist die Anzahl der
Infektionen\/Erkrankten und nicht der positiv Getesteten oder sonstiger
\u201eFallzahlen\u201c. Damit bleibt es schon damit offen, von welchen Zahlen die
\u201eInformation\u201c ausgeht. Die \u201eInformation\u201c nimmt Bezug auf die Empfehlung der
Corona-Kommission vom 21.1.2021. Es ist mangels Angaben nicht
nachvollziehbar, ob die dieser Empfehlung zugrundeliegenden Zahlen nur jene
Personen enthalten, die nach den Richtlinien der WHO zur Interpretation von
PCR-Tests vom 20.01.2021 untersucht wurden. Konkret ist nicht ausgewiesen,

welchen CT-Wert ein Testergebnis hatte, ob ein Getesteter ohne Symptome erneut
getestet und anschlie\u00dfend klinisch untersucht wurde. Damit folgt die WHO dem
Erfinder der PCR-Tests, \u2026 ( https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?\u2026). Mutatis
mutandis sagt er damit, dass ein PCR-Test nicht zur Diagnostik geeignet ist und
daher f\u00fcr sich alleine nichts zur Krankheit oder einer Infektion eines Menschen
aussagt.
Laut einer Studie aus dem Jahr 2020 (Bullard, J., Dust, K., Funk, D., Strong, J. E.,
Alexander, D., Garnett, L., \u2026 & Poliquin, G. (2020). Predicting infectious severe
acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 from diagnostic samples. Clinical
Infectious Diseases, 71(10), 2663-2666.) ist bei CT-Werten gr\u00f6\u00dfer als 24 kein
vermehrungsf\u00e4higer Virus mehr nachweisbar und ein PCR Test nicht dazu
